Social anxiety can be a crippling state of mind and can prevent people from living fulfilling lives. For some, shyness and fear of taking to or meeting other people can mean they never ever go out.
Social anxiety isnt something you were born with, it is something you learned and we know you did not learn it deliberately. The good news is that it does not matter why you are so shy and anxious around people, the mental patterns, the imagined and real fears can be effectively dealt with using hypnosis and NLP. Because we do not waste time talking about your childhood or the and things that have happened to you (if going over the past would have helped you would already be OK), and because we focus on what IS going on in your mind, on the habits you have learned, these techniques often bring about rapid, positive and lasting cure.

    one of my parents has this illness so i’ve inherited it too
    i’m solely trying to recover from it by my self…and it’s working (altough i must admit sometimes the feelings come back)
    to start the process of self healing you must read about social anxiety (SA)
    that’s the first step because you will know exactly why you feel like that and you must think to do the opposite (also try to copy and idol;that helps too)

    Well there are dozens and dozens of testimonials on our website if that helps. I agree though, there arent that many really excellent NLPers. There is however now a really good book which does provide a solid ‘scientific’ basis for NLP, it is called Magic In Practice by Garner Thomson and Dr Khalid Khan. Designed for doctors & other medical professionals it is very thoroughly sourced and referenced. Anyone who wants to examine NLP from a scientific angle should read it and decide for themselves.

    how come i never see anyone sayin that ya this NLP helped me no end, but its not the case and when u ring up their clinics and ask them why science dosnt back NLP at all, they try & make out thats scientists are just afraid or dont want to accept it which is absolute shit, they will get u to sign sayin they havnt promised you anythin and then promise you they wil cure whatever u have to your face. its only a few very experienced NLPers who can really help people, its a scammers dream NLP

    Just be nice and others will be nice to you. If someone doesn’t like you, don’t hang out with them. Find someone else. I’m in a big friend group so I don’t really know what it feels like to be rejected.. but honestly, if you can smile, help someone, be nice, listen to what others have to say.. be a genuinly good person, then people are going to like you and accept you =)

    sigh* i feel real useless, i cant even chat online because of this fear of Social situations let alone talk in real life, im afraid of not bein accepted, bein a burded to everyone, i feel that people just hang around me so not to to hurt my feelings but i know that am not accepted, thats how i feel evrytime im in a social Situation,
