These are important ingredients to staying well and getting the most out of yourself. Managing time and work should never be at the expense of staying fit and healthy.

What is required, however, is that you make the effort in contemplating your thought process. Nevertheless, this won’t change your life in one day. If it appears foreign then nothing will get done.
